BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System (Keep It Simple Silly)
 
The Big S KISS Inline Carbonation System is a fully stainless steel Inline beverage carbonation system. It is intended for using to carbonate beer and other beverages.
 
This unit is sits inline to carbonate from tank to tank and is manually operated.
 
NOTE: BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System unit can also be fully automated.
 
The BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System carbonates up to 1,500 litres per hour. The maximum transfer volume depends on your transfer pump and CO2 supply to the KISS Inline Carbonation System.
 
The BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System allows you to carbonate your product to precise specifications, and to repeat the perfect levels every time. 
 
The BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System is easy to clean inline, easy to purge, and very easy to set up.
 
Product Features
The BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System is a unique carbonation chamber, built and designed exclusively by BIG S Brewery Services.
Fully stainless steel construction.
Quality German manufactured non-return valve.
Quality diaphragm valve for setting product back pressure.
Process Connections are 1.5" tri-clamp for Product & 1/4" BSP for CO2.
 
Please ask for a quote when ordering, should you require different tank connections. We can source and supply adaptors to suit your installation at a cost.
 
Automation
Big S also offer a fully automated BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System. The automated system includes a pump, able to carbonate up to 1500 litres an hour, and a buffer tank. The buffer tank comes complete with:

Product and Co2 valves
Outlet valve

The BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System is not supplied with pump as standard.  If you require a pump, we can recommend or supply a quality pump capable of obtaining the maximum throughput. The BIG S KISS Inline Carbonation System also runs at a slower rate if with lower volume/existing brewing pumps.
