A Condenser Chimney is used to condense the steam produced from boiling wort in your copper/boil kettle. Condenser chimney's work to condense steam to liquid. It is then run to a collection vessel or drain. 
 
Condenser chimney requires cooling water connection and fabrication to suit the steam outlet of your copper/boil kettle.
